She started her career as the Financial Controller at Uz-Prista Recycling, a $20 million industrial oils recycling plant in Uzbekistan. She was promoted to serve as the Financial Controller of the new Uz-Prista Joint Venture with Prista Oil Holding EAD, where she was a key part of the management team that increased revenue by 130% and maintained it through 4 years of successful operations. While at Uz-Prista, Veronika executed and oversaw sales contracts worth $3.5 million. Veronika has operated as an independent financial consultant in the US for the last 4 years, working with businesses in the Fintech sector as well as technology and healthcare sectors. She has gained substantial experience in financial reporting for publicly traded enterprises as well as detailed budgeting and financial management of growth companies.
